Job description
Soma is hiring a Sales Lead at Store 5200 Oxmoor Center in Louisville, KY. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, set direction, and model a welcoming, customer-centric culture that reflects our hospitality.
Responsibilities include leading on the sales floor, coaching staff, managing cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, while staying current on promotions and store policies. Must be at least 18 with 2 years of retail management preferred.
