Job description
Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at our Danbury, CT store. You will partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model a customer-centered environment that goes beyond the sale to create memorable experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.
Responsibilities include opening/closing, brand communication, coaching, and handling operations like cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.
