Advocates is seeking Direct Care Staff in Massachusetts to partner with brain injury survivors, assisting with ADLs and community activities. The role focuses on empowerment, independence, and inclusion in daily life within a nonprofit, supportive culture.
You will document progress, participate in team meetings, and help create treatment plans while transporting clients as needed and adhering to safety procedures.
