Empty Vial Technician/Manufacturing TechnicianJoin the team at one of the largest and most advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in the world! We're hiring an Empty Vial Temporary Staff member for 2nd shift at our Social Circle, GA plasma-derived therapies plant.In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring product quality by inspecting empty vials for defects before they move through the production process — all while working in a state-of-the-art, cGMP-regulated environment.What You'll Do:Visually inspect empty vials for glass and washout defectsPerform filled vial inspection (after required qualification/training)Operate pallet jacks and shrink wrap equipmentManually clean equipment, conveyors, and work areas (weekly, monthly, and post-production cleanings)Load/unload materials to and from conveyorsGown and degown properly for the packaging areaComplete required documentation per GDP/GMP standardsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma required0–2 years of relevant work experienceAbility to read and follow detailed written instructionsGood verbal and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and chemical/biological safety proceduresComfortable working in a cleanroom environment requiring special gowning (no jewelry, makeup, contacts, or nail polish permitted)Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs occasionallyAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive gripping/grasping tasksWillingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededWork Environment:Controlled, unclassified cleanroom environmentExposure to varying temperatures (cool/hot storage areas)Proximity to moving equipment/machineryOccasional exposure to chemicals such as alcoholFast-paced production setting
