Athena Health Care Systems is seeking a Clinical Systems Program Manager to lead the implementation, adoption, and optimization of clinical and operational technology across our hospice agencies throughout Southern New England. This full-time, salaried role is based in Farmington, with no remote work and travel to Massachusetts and Rhode Island offices as needed with mileage reimbursed.
