Job description
Athena Health Care Systems is seeking a Clinical Systems Program Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of the new EMR platform across Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty operations. This role is based in Farmington, CT, with travel to MA and RI offices as needed and no remote work.
The candidate will manage plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications across multiple departments and locations, ensuring workflow alignment and regulatory compliance.
