Armstrong Ambulance Service is seeking an Emergency Medical Dispatcher to join our Communications team in Massachusetts. The role focuses on evaluating calls, dispatching EMS units, and maintaining clear communications with field staff.
Responsibilities include data entry, ongoing training, and customer service. Evening, night, and weekend shifts are required to maintain 24-hour coverage; EMD certification within 6 months is expected.
