About the Role:
1st Response Occupational Health is looking for a dedicated Full-time/Part-time EMT or Paramedic to provide on-site medical support at an active construction site in Pampa, TX. Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site emergency medical response and first aid to construction site personnel
* Assess, treat, and document workplace injuries and illnesses in accordance with OSHA and company protocols
* Conduct daily health and safety monitoring of workers on the job site
* Coordinate with local EMS, hospitals, and medical facilities for advanced care when needed
* Maintain accurate patient care reports and incident documentation
* Perform routine medical screenings, vital signs checks, and wellness assessments
* Ensure medical equipment and supplies are stocked, maintained, and ready for use
* Coordinate with 1st Response Occupational Providers
Requirements:
* Valid Texas EMT or Paramedic certification/license in good standing
* Current CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for Paramedics
* Prior experience in occupational health, industrial, or construction site medicine preferred
* Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in high-pressure environments
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on an active job site
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Physically able to navigate a construction site environment
