Job Overview
Endocrinologist – Full‑Time, Longview, Texas. East Texas group serves 13,000 diabetic patients and has a 94% retention rate.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient endocrine care with an average patient volume of 15–20 per day.
Work Monday‑Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Focus 100% outpatient or 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient, as required.
Supervise APPs and coordinate care with Pulmonary and Rheumatology services.
Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology.
H‑1B visa sponsorship accepted.
Compensation&Benefits
Annual base salary: $325,000 in Year1; transition to RVU‑based model thereafter.
RVU‑based earning potential: $350,000–$450,000 per year.
Year‑end production bonus: $50 per RVU above threshold ($750 per month).
APP supervision compensation.
100% covered malpractice and tail insurance.
Retirement plan with employer match.
