Endocrinologist Opportunity in Beloit, WI

JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Endocrinologist • Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time • Location: Beloit, WI • Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic • Schedule: Optional 4-Day Work Week

PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE • Patient Demographics: Adults • Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes • Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Endocrinology, Diabetes Management, Thyroid Disorders, Metabolic Conditions

FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS • EMR System: Cerner • Specialty Backup: Access to multi-specialty support within health system • Support Staff: Experienced clinical support staff • Leadership & Reporting Structure: Supported by physician and operations leadership • Reason for Opening: Growth

CREDENTIALS & COMPLIANCE • Board Requirements: BC/BE in Endocrinology • DEA & Certifications: DEA (as required) • Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Board Status: BC/BE in Endocrinology • State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply • Certifications: As required • Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians • Additional Requirements: Interest in developing and growing a practice with autonomy

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care • Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders • Develop individualized treatment plans for chronic conditions • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
