Job Description
Location : Long Island, NY (Valley Stream)
Position : Endocrinologist
Structure : Outpatient
Start : 30-60 days Days
Schedule : Full-Time (40 hours)
Duties : Diagnose and treat wide range of Endocrinology conditions
Patient-centered approach toward a positive experience
Review patient history and perform physical examinations
interest in Population Health Management
EMR : Epic
Support : Full Office Staff and APP
Compensation : 225K - 260K + Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications
Unrestricted NY license
BE/BC in Endocrinology
Active DEA registration
Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
Must have 1 year of experience or more
