Full-Time Endocrinologist – Diabetes & Endocrinology

Hartford HealthCare (HHC) Connecticut’s most comprehensive, integrated health care system—is seeking a full‑time Endocrinologist to join our established Diabetes and Endocrinology practice in Norwich, CT . This position blends the culture of a close‑knit, ambulatory private practice with the clinical depth, resources, and stability of a rapidly growing health system.
Position Highlights
Provide comprehensive care to a large and diverse patient population with general endocrinology and diabetes needs
Team-based, patient-centered approach emphasizing diabetes wellness, prevention, and long‑term management
Collaborate within advanced multispecialty teams , including radiology, nuclear medicine, molecular diagnostics, surgery, and oncology
Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support to enhance workflow and work‑life balance
On‑site ultrasound and thyroid biopsy capabilities
