The patient population focuses on adults with diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic conditions, with collaborative multidisciplinary support and EMR ECW. The ideal candidate is board-certified/board-eligible in Endocrinology, with Arizona licensure or IMLC eligibility, and DEA/BLS
