JOB OVERVIEW
•Job Title: Endocrinology (Reproductive & Infertility)
- Medical Director & Specialist Roles
•Job Type: Permanent
•Location: Rochester Hills, MI
•Service Setting: Outpatient
•Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
•Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing
•Work/Call Schedule: TBD
DUTIES (Specialist Role)
•Fertility evaluations and consultations
•Assess and develop individualised treatment plans
•Collaborate with reproductive medicine physicians & staff
•Participate in fertility treatment protocols and procedures
DUTIES (Director Role)
•Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
•Oversee & guide the endocrinology and infertility program
•Perform diagnostic and advanced fertility treatments & procedures
•Lead quality improvement, clinical standards, and program growth initiatives
•Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
•Participate in strategic planning and development of reproductive medicine services
•Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient or consultative responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•MI license or willing to obtain
•BC in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (ABOG)
•BLS and DEA
•Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
•Completion of ACGME-accredited 3-year REI fellowship
•3-5 years of post-fellowship REI experience
•Clean Record
