Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks an Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider to join our collaborative Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive care for patients with diabetes and complex endocrine disorders across inpatient and/or outpatient settings. Responsibilities include advanced assessment, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, managing medications and devices, and educating patients and families. You will collaborate closely with endocrinologists and multidisciplinary teams within a culture of compassion, inclusion, and professional growth, supported by cutting-edge technology and robust development opportunities.
