Job Overview Specialty: Endocrinology Hospital Location: Scarborough, ME SUMMARY OF WORK: Ambulatory outpatient clinic. Physician would be seeing endocrinology and diabetes patients including hospital discharge, new patients, and follow up visits. Locum role open and contract would be for 6 months with the opportunity for 1 year pending recruiting efforts for full-time positions and locum performance. CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS: Would be expected to see 16-20 patients/day; 4 days per week. Volume is dependent on an 8 or 10-hour shift. Thyroid FNA ability would be welcomed but not required. Currently have 11 Physicians and 4 APPs. SCHEDULE: Full-time - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday for 4 10s - We can be flexible with 4 10s or 5 8s.
