Job description
Catholic Health in Melville, NY is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Endocrinology team. The role focuses on diabetes management and longitudinal care within a collaborative multidisciplinary setting, with progressive autonomy as experience grows.
The NP will work closely with Dr. Md Shajjad Hossain and APPs, handling routine endocrine follow-up, CGM data review, diabetes medication adjustments, and patient education.
