Job description
Privia Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Family Medicine team in Maryland. The role focuses on endocrine care, diabetes management, and collaborative care with the Practice Lead to optimize patient panels.
Typical day includes 30-minute follow-ups with 14–16 patients and 60-minute blocks for urgent cases, CGM/pump data interpretation, and coordinated care with our in-house CDE. Maryland license required; open to new graduates.
