Job description
Northwestern Medicine in Glenview, IL is seeking a Nurse Clinician to provide phone triage, prior authorizations, and medication refills with injection teaching in a full-time 40-hour week.
You will perform nursing assessments, implement interventions, document in the medical record, and educate patients while coordinating with physicians and staff to ensure safe, effective care in a multidisciplinary environment.
