Job description
Northwestern Medicine’s Nurse Clinician will work in a multidisciplinary environment requiring exceptional interpersonal skills to establish relationships with patients, physicians, clinical and administrative units. You will use nursing skills to assess patients via phone or in person and implement nursing interventions; initiate and organize patient education for the unit served.
