A growing Endocrinology practice in the Greater New Haven area of Connecticut is seeking an experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, patient-focused team dedicated to delivering high-quality diabetes and endocrine care.
nnThis is an outstanding opportunity for an advanced practice provider who enjoys managing complex endocrine conditions, building long-term patient relationships, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a predominantly outpatient setting.

nnGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
nCurrent state licensure or eligibility for licensure
nDEA registration or eligibility
nMinimum of 3 years of Endocrinology experience required
nStrong clinical skills in diabetes and endocrine disease management
nBoard Certification preferred
nCDCES certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
