Job/Practice Description: Endocrinology PA/NP
Full-time role, though part-time may be discussed
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a cost-effective, efficient, compassionate manner
Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients within scope of practice, exercising sound clinical judgment
Maintain efficient patient scheduling while meeting productivity expectations
Ensure accurate documentation, diagnostic and CPT coding, and appropriate use of ancillary services and specialty consultations
Participate in meetings, committees, and quality improvement initiatives
Use of EHR systems and standard medical office technology
Requirements:
Graduate of a nationally recognized PA or NP training program
NC licensure required; certification preferred
1 3 years of endocrinology experience required
Influenza vaccine required as a condition of employment
Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
