nScope of Practice

nThe successful candidate will join an established Endocrinology practice providing care for a diverse patient population with both common and complex endocrine conditions.

nThe scope of practice includes:

nnnGeneral Endocrinology with basic to complex cases.

n

nnA diverse patient mix, including diabetes, osteoporosis, lipid disorders, and obesity, as well as more complex conditions involving the parathyroid, pituitary, thyroid, adrenal glands, and gonads.

n

nnInvasive procedures are referred to appropriate specialists.

nQualifications

nWe are looking for a physician who brings strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

nCandidates must have:

nnnA California Medical License.

n

nnFellowship training in Endocrinology.

n

nnBoard Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology.

n

nnA dedicated work ethic suited to a busy, high-end practice.

n

nnExcellent bedside manner and the ability to work collaboratively with patients, colleagues, and staff.

n

nnStrong documentation skills, with an emphasis on timely and accurate charting.

nCompensation

nOur compensation philosophy is designed to provide a competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors considered when making compensation decisions, including knowledge and skills, relevant experience and training, education, certifications, licensure, and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

nPay Range: $266,082 - $354,546 Total Cash Compensation
