Job description
Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a growing, outpatient-focused practice in Western Kentucky . This is a great opportunity for a physician looking to build a strong endocrine practice with the support of an established health system, collaborative referral network, and flexibility for work-life balance.

APP support with supervision compensation
Epic EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings
Opportunity to help grow and shape the endocrinology service line
Modern clinic space with state-of-the-art equipment
Compensation & Benefits Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $350,000
Opportunity to earn additional compensation through a productivity-based wRVU model
2.5% quality bonus opportunity
$36,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment, or a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year commitment, to help you relocate and settle into your new role.
Relocation assistance: up to $15,000
$2,000/month Fellowship stipend to support continuing education and professional growth.
5-year contract with automatic annual renewal

Practice Details The incoming physician will:
Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic endocrine disorders
Collaborate with APPs, primary care physicians, and specialists
Participate in quality initiatives and department goals
Provide high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care
Call expectations are flexible and to be discussed based on the coverage model.
