Endocrinologist Opportunity East Texas (1h30 from Dallas) - Longview, TX / Tyler, TX area
Caring nonprofit multispecialty group is seeking an Endocrinologist to join their team.
This multispecialty group serves 13,000 diabetic patients and is the only available provider for this population in the region.
The group offers huge earning potential and has a strong 94% retention rate .

Compensation & Benefits
$350,000 $450,000/year earning potential
Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $325,000
Transitions to RVU-based compensation after the first year
Year-end production bonus ($50 per RVU above threshold)
$750/month APP supervision compensation
100% paid malpractice + tail coverage
Retirement plan with employer match
On-site gym for physician and family
Concierge services (key pickup, grocery shopping, Christmas gift wrapping, etc.)
Job/Practice Description: Endocrinologist
Full-Time -Longview, Texas
Join a group that offers a very large referral base and is the area s preferred provider network of employed providers
Mon-Fri 8-5, 15-20 patients per day
can do 100% outpatient or 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient
group has 3 physicians with 2 APPs - the clinic runs super smooth and has Pulmonary, Rheum and Endo services
1 Endo just retired. 0 Endo's currently.
