Optum seeks final-year Otolaryngology Residents and Fellows for the Physician Pathways Program across New York and New Jersey. The program offers a guaranteed salary in the final year and mentorship to ease transition from training into practice.

Participants will gain exposure to value-based care in a national system while practicing in Optum Tri-State facilities or virtually, with a few hours per month commitment and strong support for professional growth.
