Optum is offering a Physician Pathways Program for final-year Otolaryngology residents and fellows to jumpstart their clinical careers within a physician-led, national care organization.
Participants will receive a generous guaranteed salary in their final training year and gain exposure to value-based care, with in-person at Optum Tri-State facilities in New York and optional virtual experiences.
