Job description
PACM, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Endocrinology group in Orange, CT. The RN will support providers, handle patient care, and manage diabetes education across multiple locations including Orange, Hamden, and Milford.
Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 6:30pm, with travel between office sites as needed. The role emphasizes patient education, DSMT delivery, and collaboration with the care team.
