Providing excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
Case Presentation and insurance benefit education
Entering treatment plans into Dentrix
Qualifications
One year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance
Experience with Dentrix dental software (preferred)
Excellent communication and case-presentation skills
