Patient Care CoordinatorAbout the Practice: We are a people-oriented, team-oriented, and detail-oriented endodontic specialty practice proudly serving the Santa Rosa community for over 4 years. With 3 modern operatories, advanced technology, and a focus on patient comfort, we provide high-quality root canal therapy and exceptional patient care. Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and professionalism.Position Summary: The Patient Care Coordinator is the welcoming face and voice of our office, ensuring patients have a smooth, informed, and positive experience from their first call through completion of treatment. This role combines administrative excellence with compassionate patient communication.Key Responsibilities:Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmthAnswer phone calls, schedule consultations and treatments, and manage the office calendarCoordinate with referring general dentists and specialists for patient care continuityVerify PPO insurance eligibility and benefits for endodontic proceduresPresent treatment plans, explaining procedures, costs, and payment options clearly and confidentlyCollect and post patient payments accuratelyMaintain and update patient records in PBS Endo softwareUtilize Weave for patient communication and appointment remindersSupport the clinical team and ensure smooth patient flowMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environmentRequirements:Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience (specialty/endodontic experience a plus)Knowledge of insurance verification and benefits coordinationComfortable presenting treatment plans and financial arrangementsExperience with dental software (PBS Endo experience preferred)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentTechnology & Tools You'll Use:Practice Management: PBS EndoPatient Communication: WeaveRadiography: Dexis, Carestream (Carestream pano)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (arrive 30 minutes prior to first patient)Benefits:Holiday pay401(k)Free dental treatment for employees and 20% discount for familyA-Team Dental Staffing LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
