Endodontist – Surprise & Avondale, Arizona
Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Endodontist to support our practices in Surprise and Avondale, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to join established practices with a strong referral network, flexible scheduling, and the support of a comprehensive dental organization.
$25,000 sign-on bonus available. H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship are available for this position.

Predominantly PPO patient base

Compensation based on a percentage of production
$25,000 sign-on bonus

Practice Locations
This position supports two Gentle Dental practices in the Surprise and Avondale area:
Surprise 15601 W. Bell Road, Suite 202 Surprise, AZ 85379
Avondale 10210 W. McDowell Road, #140 Avondale, AZ 85392

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endodontics
Endodontic Residency Certificate
Graduate of an accredited dental school
Current applicable state dental license, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable
One year of experience preferred
