Endodontist needed in Castle Rock, CO
Associate Endodontist Opportunity With an Established, Tech-Forward Practice
This is a privately owned, doctor-led specialty practice – NOT a DSO. Established for well over a decade, it serves patients and referring general dentists across Castle Rock, Lone Tree, and the greater south Denver metro, with deep referral relationships, a strong local reputation, and a track record of predictable, comfortable outcomes, including single-visit root canals. The endodontist works alongside an on-site periodontal team, so cases move smoothly for patients and referring offices under one roof. This is an immediate need as the practice absorbs an established patient load, so a fast, well-matched hire is the priority.
Key Features
Employment type: 1099 independent contractor
Compensation: 40 to 45 percent of collections
Earning potential: Approximately $270,000+ at 2 days, $400,000+ at 3 days, and $500,000+ at 4 days per week (production-based)
Schedule: 2 to 3 days per week now (Monday through Wednesday), with a path to 4 days as the schedule fills
Growth model: The practice is deliberately reducing reliance on lower-fee plans, which lifts production per patient, and is ramping marketing to build demand
Support: Established, fully staffed team with 7 operatories, dedicated assistants, hygiene, and front-office support
Technology: Brand-new, technology-forward environment – GentleWave, Carestream CBCT and 3-D imaging, Zeiss microscopy, Fotona LightWalker laser, and TDO practice management
