What We Offer:
Base salary plus production-based bonus structure
Total annual compensation of $350,000-$500,000

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive endodontic care including root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical procedures
Diagnose and develop treatment plans for endodontic conditions
Utilize advanced imaging and clinical technology to support diagnosis and treatment
Collaborate with referring providers and internal team members
Educate patients on treatment options and post-procedure care
Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
Active Maryland dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in endodontic procedures
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
