This is an outstanding full-time opportunity for an Endodontist looking to step into a busy specialty practice with an established referral network, advanced technology, excellent clinical support, and significant long-term earning and growth potential.
The practice has built strong relationships with referring dentists throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area and benefits from a consistent flow of endodontic cases, including an established VA referral relationship . The opportunity is designed for an Endodontist who wants the feel and clinical autonomy of a private specialty practice while benefiting from the resources and infrastructure of a large, doctor-founded and doctor-led specialty dental partnership organization .

Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
Board-certified or board-eligible in Endodontics
Eligible for dental licensure in North Carolina
Strong commitment to patient care and building relationships with referring dentists
Compensation & Benefits Exceptional Income Potential
Compensation of 43% of collections on personally performed services , providing significant upside in a busy practice with strong collections and reimbursement rates.
Student Loan / Debt Assistance
