n nYour Responsibilities
nnnDiagnose and treat complex dental pulp and root canal conditions.
n
nnPerform nonsurgical and surgical endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies.
n
nnEvaluate dental radiographs, CBCT scans, and clinical findings to develop accurate treatment plans.
n
nnManage dental pain, trauma-related injuries, and dental emergencies.
n
nnEducate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks, and aftercare.
n
nnCollaborate with referring general dentists and dental specialists to ensure coordinated care.
n
nnMaintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and practice standards.
n
nnAdhere to infection control, safety, and sterilization protocols.
n
nnStay current with advancements in endodontic techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices.
n
nnParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities as required.
n
n nWhat We're Looking For:
nnnD.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited institution
n
nnCompletion of an accredited endodontic residency program
n
nnLicensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Wisconsin
n
nnCertificate of Specialty in Endodontics
n
nnBoard Certified by the American Association of Endodontics (AAE) preferred
n
nnClinical proficiency in the use of Dental Operating Microscope or Surgical Operating Microscope
n
