We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and quality driven full-time Endodontist to join our team!We are looking to hire a single endodontist that will take advantage of a built-in referral network and is eager to make this incredible practice opportunity their own; with complete clinical autonomy and flexibility in how daily operations are handled.The office was recently remodeled to include state-of-the-art equipment including a J-Morita CBCT, ASI carts (built-in handpieces, ultrasonics, stropko, and Root ZX), new ceiling-mounted Global microscopes, electric handpieces, and Calamus Dual obturation system. We use a cloud based EHR for easy access to patient charts from anywhere.This is an opportunity to be part of an exceptional network of dental professionals, while also having complete control over how you practice. Future partnership pathways will be encouraged for the right candidate.We look forward to hearing from you!Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop positive relationships with staff members and operational staffUphold our Core Values.Develop positive relationships with every single patient at every visitDisplay long-term commitment toward incremental growth and improvementAdd value to services givenMeet needs in advanceBuild quality relationships with referring doctors and maintain rapport with referring staffExpand knowledge by researching and reading new materials with a growth mindsetAttend outside events and meetings, i.e., continuing educationTechnologies used in the office:J – Morita CBCT imaging deviceCeiling-mounted Global microscopesASI carts (built-in handpieces, ultrasonics, stropko, and Root ZX)Calamus Dual obturation systemSkills and Qualifications:DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental AccreditationCompleted an Endodontic Residency from an accredited postgraduate Endodontic programBoard Certified or Board-EligibleLicense to practice in Nevada (*Prior to work start date)Proof of eligibility to work in the United StatesPrefer 2+ years as an Endodontist Associate.
