Compensation: 40%-45% of Adjusted Production (no lab fees, based on experience)

The practice boasts a state-of-the-art facility with:
23 operatories and room for expansion.
Fully digital systems, including Eaglesoft practice management software.
Advanced technology: microscope, CBCT unit, and ASI Endo Cart.
Flexibility to Upgrade: The practice is willing to purchase additional equipment to support your specific preferences and enhance patient care.
With a long history of successfully supporting an in-house Endodontist, this practice offers a solid foundation for growth and collaboration within a patient-centered team.
Position Details Flexible Scheduling: Days are flexible based on provider availability, though Wednesday is less preferred (but possible if necessary).
Compensation: Competitive structure at 40%-45% of adjusted production, with no lab fees.
Patient Load: Established patient base in a facility designed to support endodontic services.
Ideal Candidate Board-certified or board-eligible Endodontist.
Experienced with fee-for-service patients.
