Banner Health's University Medical Center Tucson seeks a Clinical Services Manager to lead the Endoscopy team. You will supervise clinical operations, staff, and patients to ensure safe, high-quality care on a fast-paced unit.
You will lead scheduling, mentoring, and resource planning, partnering with physicians and leaders to drive process improvements while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Day shift, Mon-Fri , with a focus on patient-centered care.
