Job description
Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Lexington seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead the new Endoscopy team. You will interview and hire staff, partner with BIDMC Endoscopy for training, establish competencies, and prepare for the unit opening.
Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, staff scheduling, payroll, and participating in quality initiatives under the Nursing Director. Bachelor's in Nursing is required; RN license and BLS are essential.
