Job description
CommonSpirit Health in Houston, TX seeks an RN II, Flex Team, to deliver excellence in patient care by assessing patients, formulating nursing diagnoses, and planning, implementing, and evaluating care outcomes. You will apply sound clinical judgment, maintain quality care, cost effectiveness, and strong guest relations while complying with hospital policies and Texas Board of Nurse Examiners standards.
BSN required with at least one year of RN experience, TX RN license, and CPR certification
