Job description
Katmai Government Services seeks an experienced Team Leader to supervise contractor endoscopy technicians and support staff. You will coordinate schedules, oversee training, and ensure quality and safety standards across the Endoscopy Center, working closely with other departments and clinical teams.
You will develop training programs, maintain competency folders, oversee EHR software use (EndoVault/EndoScheduler/Genesis), and drive performance improvements.
