Endoscopy TechnicianSupplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Technician for a contract assignment at a partnering Hospital in Duluth, Georgia. As an Endoscopy Tech, you'll play a critical role in supporting gastroenterologists and nurses during endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferredCompletion of an Endoscopy Technician or Sterile Processing program preferredBLS certification (required)Minimum of 1 year of recent Endoscopy Tech experience in a hospital or outpatient settingStrong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEndoscopy Technician Contract Details:$1,380 - $1,512 per week* estimated weekly13 week contract, with possibility to extend40 per weekSetting - HospitalKey Responsibilities:Prepare procedure rooms and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and functioningAssist physicians and nurses during endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies and upper endoscopiesHandle specimens and maintain accurate labeling/documentationOperate, clean, and maintain endoscopy instruments and equipmentMonitor patient comfort and safety throughout proceduresFollow infection control protocols and maintain compliance with hospital standardsWhat We Offer:Full medical, dental, vision, life, and even pet insurance!Round the clock support.
