nPosition Summary
nWe are seeking a dynamic and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as Clinic Director for our growing Norfolk location. This role combines clinical leadership, patient care, and operational oversight in a high-energy outpatient setting.
nThe ideal candidate is confident, personable, growth-oriented, and comfortable leading a team while delivering exceptional patient experiences.
nResponsibilities
nConduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
nEvaluate patients for testosterone deficiency and men’s health conditions
nDevelop individualized treatment plans under physician supervision
nPrescribe and manage therapies including:
nTestosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
nErectile Dysfunction treatments (Acoustic PressureWave and P-Shot)
nMedical Weight Loss
nPRP Hair Restoration
nInBody Scans
nPeptide and Vitamin Therapy
nIV Therapy
nMSK Acoustic PressureWave Therapy
nInterpret laboratory results and monitor treatment outcomes
nAdminister injections including IM testosterone and PRP therapies
nLead clinic staff and foster a positive team culture
nEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and DEA regulations
nSupport clinic growth, patient retention, and community outreach initiatives
nDeliver an exceptional concierge-style patient experience
nQualifications
nActive Virginia NP or PA license in good standing
nDEA license and Controlled Substance Registration
nMinimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred
nExperience in men’s health, urology, endocrinology, hormone therapy, or primary care preferred
nStrong interpersonal and communication skills
nLeadership or supervisory experience preferred
nComfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven clinic environment

n$60 to $70 per hour BOE
nAdditional Monthly and YE Bonus and commission opportunities available
