Duties
Craft and negotiate project development contracts such as power purchase agreements.
Work on framework commercial agreements and joint venture transactions.
Serve as the primary associate on project and portfolio acquisitions.
Provide financing support for energy projects.
Engage in daily direct contact with clients, partners, and counterparty counsel.
Requirements
3rd to 7th year associate with a transactional focus in the energy sector.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to adapt commercial structures for various energy projects.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Skills
Proficiency in structuring and negotiating energy project transactions.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and technologies in the energy sector.
