CLEAResult is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead regional growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and advancing the sales process within the energy efficiency sector.
You will coach BD managers, develop territory plans, maintain industry connections, shape national BD strategy, and help create winning proposals while applying advanced BD concepts to improve pursuit quality and client engagement.
