Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking mid to senior level associates/counsel with at least 3 years of law firm experience to join their Energy & Infrastructure Projects group in New York. Candidates should have strong financing experience, particularly with debt and tax equity financings, as well as knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development transactions. The position offers a competitive salary between $260,000 to $455,000 annually, a hybrid work model, and opportunities for professional development.
