Energization Coordination: Lead and coordinate review of energization plans, MOPs, and switching orders; facilitate system activations with MEP subcontractors, commissioning agents, and owner operations teams.
Compliance & Auditing: Lead and coordinate field audits for NFPA 70E and OSHA compliance; verify arc flash hazard assessments and PPE requirements; maintain complete documentation packages for client review.
Training & Communication: Coordinate site-specific electrical safety orientations; lead daily pre-task briefings; maintain real-time communication of energized systems and restricted spaces.
