Energy Program ManagerThe County of Yolo is recruiting to fill one (1) regular, full-time position in the class of Energy Program Manager at the General Services Department. The incumbent serves as the principal lead to the department regarding the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to implement the energy program. Incumbents in this class exercise direct and indirect supervision over lower level supervisory, technical, operational and/or clerical staff.The ideal candidate is experienced in energy management in the public sector. This candidate will have experience with managing distributed generation systems, developing recommendations for new energy savings solutions, implementing decarbonization measures, identifying ways to operate major energy-intensive building systems more efficiently, knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure management, and implementing demand response and end-use load management programs.Interested applicants are encouraged to submit an online County of Yolo Employment Application, resume, verification of education, and responses to the supplemental questions at the time of filing.
