Job description
NextEra Energy Resources seeks an experienced Tax Abatement Attorney to join our legal team specializing in property tax matters within the energy sector. You will lead abatement strategies for solar, wind, and traditional projects, and navigate PILOT agreements and IDA applications.
This role focuses on maximizing tax incentives, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, and coordinating with development, finance, and operations to optimize tax outcomes for renewable energy infrastructure.
