Xcel Energy is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of the One Xcel Energy Way Operating System within the assigned business area. You will coach teams through analyzing, defining, and implementing technical and process solutions.
This role requires 8+ years in business transformation, strong facilitation and change management skills, and the ability to build relationships from frontline staff to executive leaders.
